This evening I opened a bottle of
Piedmont Vineyards and Winery Little River White. I'm not having it with a meal, I'm just sipping it while watching TV. This is a blend of Seyval Blanc and Chardonnay. It's a sweet, fruity taste with pineapple aromas. However, for some reason it has a slight bitter taste to it. I had about half the bottle and have since decided I won't be buying another bottle of the Little River White. Piedmont has other very nice wines so I'd avoid this one if you are given a choice. I'm sure Lava would be able to describe it's taste in more detail then I could. Lava is on vacation visiting his family so he's not here to give his impressions of this wine.
